Susan works alongside her husband, Dr. Shults, and the whole team, to keep the office running smoothly by helping out at the front desk, assisting chairside, keeping the flowers in the front blooming and greeting people as they walk in. When not in the office, Susan loves to bake, spend time with her grandchildren and dogs, and volunteer through her church and the Alliance to the Texas Dental Association, and is passionate about providing dental care to underserved communities.
We are excited to welcome our newest team member, Kristy. Anytime you call or come into the office, chances are you'll be greeted by Kristy's cheerful voice. When she is not hard at work scheduling your next appointment, she enjoys spending time with her 7 grandchildren.
Debbie is a graduate of UTHSCSA School of Dental Hygiene, and also has a B.S. in Health Professions Education from Southwest Texas. Our biggest flossing advocate, Debbie has been a dental hygienist with the practice of Gary W. Shults,DDS since 1997. She loves spending time with her 5 grandchildren and her basset hound Harry. A wonderful embroiderer and sewer, Debbie divides her free time between artistic endeavors and supporting her 2 sons, both high school football coaches, by going to as many games as possible. She is always busy with her 5 grandkids. She loves to talk Texas football while cleaning your teeth!
Cyndee graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Physiology. After SMU, she attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, and graduated with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. Cyndee joined the team in 2004 , and is passionate about providing patients with knowledge about best dental practices to help them improve their oral health. Cyndee loves to spend her free time at the Coast deep sea fishing with her husband, and taking long walks on the beach with their 3 dogs.
Ruby brings excellent organizational skills and a joyful attitude to our insurance and billing team! When she’s not processing claims, she is spending time with her children and is quite a foodie!
